We have a rental agreement that will be sent on booking. Also this is the heart of medical mile, we are on edge of downtown but there are medivac helicopters and ambulances on occasion. Bedroom is quietest place to sleep, we have ear plugs, a multifunctional fan and Alexa for white noise for very light sleepers. Downtown is downtown everywhere. Room blackout shades in the bedrooms for our traveling nursing friends, quiet and dark 24/7
